SEEDS has invested one million NTD in kitchen composters with biological digestants, allowing organic kitchen waste to decompose and deodorize through natural degradation. With the zero waste principle, the processed waste is then provided to independent organic farmers as fertilizer, and the agricultural products are in turn harvested and arrive on the dining tables of the hotel, creating a sustainable positive cycle that connects the people in Taiwan.
